Richard Culbertson
Founder & CEO
In 1985 he achieved an investment commitment from ALCOA to invest $118 million to build a greenfield operation for the manufacturing of ceramic packages. The business eventually achieved $180,000,000 in sales. Inventor of the lead-free bullet core, flexible magnetics and other patented materials or articles.
President of American Ceramic Technology, Inc. and inventor of Silflex Shielding in 2004. Richard lead 3M as CEO and won numerous manufacturing awards over a 14.5 year period. Designed and built ceramic substrate lines for fuel cells with Global Energy in Canada and for Bloom Energy.
Scott Culbertson
Vice President & Co-Founder
President of Culbertson Enterprises, Inc. with 18 years in designing and manufacturing radiation shielding. Scott successfully re-started the development of the current Typhon lead-free projectile products.
Kealan Hofler-Marron
Director of Assembly Operations
An aeronautical engineer with a passion for guns. Hands-on developer of the current lead-free bullets and proficient in using semi-automated assembly equipment.
